- Colour contrasts – the orange and blue NDLS brand colours do not meet the minimum contrast requirements in a number of areas on our website
- Menu / sub-menu items – some sub-menu headings do not have the appropriate ARIA labels assigned to them
- Link text content - a number of link text content items throughout the website are not descriptive enough to understand the context of the links in question
- Media content - additional media items embedded on the website such as videos may not be fully accessible to the required standard
